REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. 30-Day Return Policy (Non-Personalised Items)

We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-personalised items. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions and paperwork. Returned items must be sent back at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us as soon as possible if:

  • Your item is faulty

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received an incorrect item

We recommend contacting us within 3 days of delivery to allow us to resolve the issue quickly and effectively.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Bespoke items created to your specific requirements

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

5. Faulty Goods – Isle of Man Consumer Rights

Under Isle of Man consumer law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Not fit for purpose

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A refund

Where a return is required due to a fault, we will provide a Freepost returns address.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

6. Refunds

If your return or fault claim is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) to your original payment method.

In some cases, we may offer to reprint or replace the item instead of issuing a refund. We do not offer both a refund and a replacement.

Refunds will not be issued where issues arise due to:

  • Customer misuse or damage after delivery

  • Incorrect personalisation details supplied by the customer

  • Poor-quality or low-resolution images uploaded by the customer

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible), and

  2. Place a new order separately

8. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
